Powers/Abilities/Weapons etc:
Emma can create and control fire. As a bonus of this, when Emma uses her powers, since the fire comes from her, she is not burned by it. The possibilities of her powers are endless so i will not mention them all here. Suffice to say that anyway you can imagine fire can be manipulated, Emma can do it.

Emma also has several weapons on her at all times in case circumstances aren't suited to her using her powers. (for example - if she was in a room rapidly filling with gas). These weapons include two short swords which are mounted inside the two black leather wrist and forearm guards she wears. The blades are spring mounted so when Emma wants the blades to extend out of the guards, over the top of her wrists, and pointing onwards, she must merely pressed the hidden trigger button on the underside of her wrist guards, in easy reach of her fingers. She is deadly when using these blades.

Emma also has two Glock hand guns that she "borrowed" from the police back when she was first activated. These are mounted in holsters on her hips. She is skilled in using these as well , but prefers not to going for her blades before these.

Emma has one more weapon which is a thin silver dagger stored in her right boot in case of emergencies.

There are flaws to Emma's fire powers. The extent of her control over the flames are reliant on her own stamina. If Emma is tired or wounded the fire she conjures will not be as fierce as fire she could conjure when she is healthy. This is why Emma places so much effort into keeping in the best shape possible.

History/Description:
Emma grew up in a relatively wealthy family. She lived in comfort, but not excess. She was rather close to her older brother Matthew, that whole sibling rivalry thing just didn't seem to apply to them. They got tested for the Genesis Gene together, and they took the shot to supposedly suppress the gene together too. Naturally they gained their powers at the same time as well. President Marshall ordered them to be picked up and put in the Genesis program immediately.

Emma excelled. She passed all the tests with flying colors, well flying reds to be exact, she usually just reduced the obstacles to ashes. She moved quickly up through the ranks, as did several others she knew from her high school. But Emma realized she really wasn't enjoying what Marshall was turning her into, a killing machine. She decided to fight back. Secretly she met with several other soldiers in training and they agreed with her. The 12 of them settled on an agreement. They would break out of the training facility and start a resistance to oppose the dictatorship that was Marshall's rule.

And that was exactly what they did. The 12 were the best of the Best of the original group of Genesis experiments. No one could stop them, not now that they were working together. Amazingly they managed to escape without any loss of life on either side and retreated into hiding. They never stayed in one place to long in case Marshall managed to activate someone who had the power to track them. As time passed the council of 12 as they came to call themselves launched attacks on Marshall's super soldier forces. They brought many to their cause and swelled their ranks. As the fighting grew more intense the aim of the group shifted into all out war on the Dictatorship. The ultimate goal, to kill Judah Marshall.

Uniform/Appearance: Emma has long, wavy, redy-brown hair which goes alight when she uses her powers, as do her deep brown eyes. Her skin is well tanned and her body well toned. She is slightly taller than average and extremely fit. Her smile lights up her whole face and is infectious to those around her. She tends to wear tight fitting black clothes that not only get rid of the need to get changed into camouflage gear before going on a mission, but they also accentuate her athletic figure. Her favorite outfit is her black cotton V-neck T-shirt, black hoodie jacket, black cargo pants, and black combat boots. As stated back up in abilities/powers Emma also has thick black leather wrist guards that extend up to her elbow and each contain short swords. On her hips there are two holstered handguns which are also all black. and to top it off, in her right boot there is a thin silver dagger stored in case of emergencies.

Personality: Emma is impulsive and emotional, but not in a bad way. Her emotions reflect her powers. She can change from being happy and laughing, to deadly serious, hair blaze, in a split second. Usually she is energetic and happy. It is hard to keep her sitting still for long, but when the need calls for it, she can be quieter than the rock she's couching behind. The years of fighting have left their mark on her. Emma is a natural leader now and takes charge of a situation without pause. She expects people to follow her lead and trust her judgment, after all she is a veteran of the battlefield now. Emma is not always business though. Usually she is relaxed and happy. She can find something to laugh at in any situation and has a fondness for practical jokes.

Powers/Abilities/Weapons etc: His powers are related to mind control. Most of them as for now are limited, but mainly for the reason he hates to practice. To do so he would need a subject and picking at innocents isn’t his thing. He has the ability to manipulate another’s thoughts or feelings to achieve his own ends. As an example he can make a person think they are walking down a street in the middle of town, when in reality he led them to a cliffs edge by the ocean. He could make a soldier think his gun wasn’t firing or that who he was shooting at was a part of their own team. To the extreme and likely easier than Sean would ever want to believe, he has the ability to drive others insane and to kill. He doesn’t have to, but eye to eye contact creates a more powerful link. Though, it is needed for him to see those and be relatively near his possible targets for any link to me made at all. Sean also has a slight talent for telepathy and thought reading, but both have to be done one at the time and close quarters.

Because of his dislike against his Genisis powers, Sean tries to get away with using his more physical talents to get his points across. Being well conditioned he has decent strength in hand to hand as well as the training behind it. He also enjoys a good knife fight and always hides a few throughout his person. He prefers more close contact fighting over long range, but he can use a gun when needed, but he has only one that he managed to swipe from his biological father in one of their past meetings.

History/Description: Sean was born to a single working mother by the name of Katrina. His birth, little did he know had been more or less enforced on her, little did he know, by his biological father. Even so she raised him as if she wanted him all along and until early highschool the kid thought his life was no different than the average. The only thing that set him apart was his extremely perceptive nature and the fact his mother firmly insisted on him being trained to fight and think, more so than most parents would. He had no idea it was for his and her welfare that she demanded it. Well not at least until he was given the genisis vaccine. It was that day he first met the one who had put all of this in action, his father, Harlan Brown.

Harlan was the President’s chief Commander in charge of the armed forces. Even then the guy reeked of intimidation and certainly didn’t understand the meaning of no in his vocabulary. That was likely why Katrina had given into his wishes so completely, afraid of what he could do. It was then the commander told Sean it was time to become what he was made for and to fulfill the destiny put to him for the “Greater Good.” Being the rebel, with the help of his growing powers, Sean could tell the man was only seeping half truths to get him on his side. Like that would happen. There was no way he would be a minion of someone who treated his mom the way he did, pretty much as a slave. According to him, he would rather die.

So instead, Sean took off, trying to escape, but was recapture the following day by a few government thugs and it was then Commander brown gave him a choice: Serve him and the President and he would treat his mother well or don’t and sacrifice her as target practice. Being the loyal son he was, he chose his mother’s safety so he then was brought to the Camps. It was there he met up with a few of his school friends and took his place as yet another killing machine. At first McIntyre was one of the few to initially hate the program from the start, but as days past others began to take his side. It was then the 12 of them made for their escape, but as soon as he thought he was victorious, his cell rang and as he answered a familiar voice rang out, “She’s dead. I’m the only one left.”


Uniform/Appearance: Not being the one to dress up much, most of Sean's clothes are casual and flexible as far as movement goes. Jeans and t's are his usual, but he occasionally puts on a button down depending on his mood. His hair is dark brown and often styled with a messy look. Now and then he'll let it grow out, but most of the time its short so he can spike it. His build is tall and athletic, with fairly defined muscles in his chest and arms. Though out of all his looks it his his eyes that grab most attention. Because of his power they have a hypnotizing, penetrating nature that most find alluring or creepy. It's his eyes that most see his resemblance to his father.

Personality: On the outside, people generally see him as a bold and outspoken person, unafraid to put himself in danger to prove a point or stand for a cause. Even though for the most part he seems to keep his cool in many situations, Sean does have a constant underlying struggle against two of his worst emotions: anger and fear. Both of these feelings seem to represent this fighter’s kryptonite in the sense that both hinder his full potential in his abilities. His anger is mostly toward The Government, especially Harlan Brown, and anyone who chooses to represent them. This can often make him reckless in his single focus to destroy whatever they have done which can sometimes be a hindrance if it is a team effort or if the need to retreat is called. Sean is no coward, so most will usually have to drag him from the field in such a case. He’s never a one to surrender unless all is lost. His one and only fear is strangely enough, himself. As far as his powers are concerned he fears the possibility of what he might become-a brutal, ruthless killer who might enjoy his work- and essentially hurt or tear away anything he held dear. Overall he dislikes what everyone else would envy and is ashamed his talent goes against practically all he believes in.

Most of those above I need to remind you, Sean attempts to keep hidden, mainly his fears. So his more notable characteristics is that of his fierce loyalty towards those he trusts. For him, earning that trust is an ordeal, but once given is rarely taken back. If you do betray him though, the kid would be one of the last to forgive, even with his empathic nature. He is also can seem rough around the edges, but once you get to know him, Sean can be a thoughtful person, more so than most would think. As far as romance he is the old fashioned type and tries to not be a player, though with his talent it just comes naturally. As far as his potential darkside, it tends to come out against his enemies. His ruthless and mercilessness resembles much of his father as well as his need to lead.

Powers/Abilities/Weapons etc: Alice's power expands beyond seeing the future. Yes, she gets predictions though they come randomly at times she can also try calling on them. It doesn' t always work but she can usual make them come to her. To expand it she also can see the past. The past of a place, an event and a person, none of them are invisable to her and she can manipulate what people remember. On top of that she can stop time (for two minutes), slow it down (for 45 seconds), or speed it up (for 45 seconds).
Her weaknesses include the fact that her predictions can create horrible migrains that sometimes render her helpless. She also gets mild seizures that come at any time, whether she's been using her powers or not. One of the only things that can calm them down is to drink milk.
But what truely weakens this girl is space. The smaller the space the stronger Alice's powers are. Rooms are much easier for her to manipulate whereas an open field would use much more strength to control.
Zooey generally doesn't carry weapons, she has never been violent but she is going to be pushed to her limits...who knows what'll happen?

History/Description: Alice started out humbly. She and her family lived in Wisconsin. She always loved and looked up to her older sister, but hated the pressures put on her to be more like her. Alice and Marita were ridiculously close...so when Alice started changing she didn't just how to explain it to her sister. It was the first secret she kept from her.
Yes, Alice did keep the fact that she was being effected a secret for awhile. She didn't really believe it at first herself. She passed it off as deja vu, then coincidence then...she didn't know what to make of them. Marita was the first one she told. By predicting her sisters SAT results, then her mothers reaction to the dog digging up the garden. By now though she and her sister were going to a boarding school. Marita graduated when the changes came and was forced to leave her sister behind, alone and confused.
When the school turned into the training grounds Alice was convinced immeadietly thatshe did not want to become someone else's weapon. Alice escaped with the other 11 and has been running ever since. Together the 12 friends created the resistance and are still working to keep the Governmenton their toes.

Uniform/Appearance: Straight Jeans and layered tops. Dresses when she can and it's not impractical. She has a dark hair that waves or straightens depending on the day. It is entirely unpredictable. She is rather short at 5'5" and fairly slim. But she has a bulky size too given her muscles that she has to keep in order to fend for herslef. She likes to wear headbands or hats as well as gloves. Her shoes are almost always converse and her eyes are light brown.

Personality: Alice is more than a wee bit complicated. Alice has a mystifying power about her. She is mysterious but not in an ominous, comes from the shadows sort of way but a you-never-know-what-she-is-thinking sort of way. She is charismatic by being energetic and happy nearly all the time. She keeps a light attitude on most things. Seeing the past helps her see others perspective and therefore she is pretty good at keeping neutral in things. Though she is hardly rational. It sometimes gets the best of her by proving that the gut does not always have the answers but she still sticks to her philosophy.
Underneath the girl who keeps the peace, who keeps a knowing smirk on her face, is a girl who needs to learn to trust again. After the school practically tore her life apart she stopped believing nearly anything she hears. Her gift helps her by guessing at the intentions of others but she knows better than to trust herself completely. What she needs is someone to make her see that the whole world isn't out to get her...or at least make her forget that they are.
Alice tends to be a bit picky. From what she eats to her wardrobe. No brocilli, no miniskirts, and no eyeliner in her world. She can't help but stick to her beliefs and knows that someday she will get back to her roots. To her sister. She is also obnoxiously forgetful. Her short term memory is...less than good. Sure major events stick out but ask her where she was yesterday at eleven and she could not tell her. Also don't ask her to remember to bring anything, from chips to a party to the key to unlock the secret box that holds the answer to life. (hehe)

The Genesis Shot gave Jackson muscle capacity that went above any scale of human levels. The limitations of his body were stretched, giving him the ability to strengthen his muscles even more without getting much bigger. He would use it to carry his huge main weapon, a Minigun, and to be able to wear ultra-thick armor which would crush the bodies of normal humans. In case the Minigun is too imperfect, a M16 is on Jackson's back to provide some more subtle way or gunfire. Being with the rebels for so long has given Jackson some commanding abilities, but he has trouble combining them with the caring nature and of course, the rage attacks.

The thing that comes with the great physical power however, was something that would cut both ways. Jackson could call upon vast stores of adrenalin and use it to shoot into a blinding rage, tearing at everything in his way. In time, he has learned to master this, but it is a dangerous asset. His most powerful move would destroy buildings by running into them with his thick armor and strong muscles, but he would also become so blind at times that it would take a very familiar person to get him out, or to keep him rom hurting himself, or others. Even if he is stronger and more heavily armored, Jackson is still human, and while he can take some hits, he is not impervious. Whenever he rages, he might not go for strategical points, but simply for the unending destruction of the enemy, not caring if it takes his own life, even moreso, rather his life then anyone else's.

History/Description:

Being one of the Council of 12, Jackson O'Neil was considered possibly one of the most notorious first Supers. He already was a strong brawling man, able to fight till he would fall only to get back up and fight again. The injection made him look and perform like a Super soldier, but it would also be that power that would turn against the Government. In the escape plan, Jackson, now known as Juggernaut, had a special primary objective. He would take point, start the charge, and make as much free way as he could in the escape attempt. And that he certainly did. Juggernaut single handedly leveled half the training facility by running through walls and obstacles. During his rage, it was said that he wouldn't stop. In his blind rage and hatred, Jackson almost attacked allies in his rampage. There was one that fortunately, could stop him. His best friend and someone he, at times, would have very special feelings for, Emma Ashton.

Emma stopped Jackson but did not condemn him, and together, they took ik up together against the enemy with the rest of the 12, not giving them any chance to retaliate. Jackson has been traveling with the rebels ever since, getting them out of tight situations when they need it most, even if that means getting a blind rage on. Most of the rebels remember it fully well when a Government Super had him sinking through the floor like quicksand, trying to blank him out before capturing the others in the night. With a big shout, Jackson said:

''Do you know who I am? I'm the JUGGERNAUT, Bitch!''

And with that, Jackson ravaged through the floor and bashed the ambushing Government Supers out of the way. In the end, every rebel was up and awake, but there were hardly ny opponents left to defeat. Mr ''One Man Army'', The Juggernaut took care of it, so that they would rest, and when he was calm, they would be able to rest quietly.

Uniform/Appearance: Jackson is a big strong sturdy man, and this is seen in his attire too. Scars are seen around his body, and primarily on his face from his many blind rage attacks. He has goggles on his forehead but rarely wears them. Most of the times, he is fully armored, preferring to be carrying a heavy load to keep himself in top shape.

Personality: Juggernaut is one of the most solid individuals in any man's book. He is serene at most times, calm, patient, but he speaks his mind freely, not caring if someone likes it or not. All he ever wants is peace of heart. To him, that probably would mean living peacefully with the girl of his dreams, Emma, and not having to be a wall and a force to fear at the same time. If Emma would ever need him, he would be there, not thinking about himself, protecting her so that what he almost did to her in the past, would not happen in the future. He is a father figure to most of the rebels whenever he is calm, and respected for his abilities, might they be somewhat crude. In Jackson's mind, he would rather die himself protecting others then seeing one teammate hurt, or perhaps dead. He even goes too far in the protecting thing at times, especially against Emma.

Whenever Jackson ignites his rage, he changes completely, not feeling any pain, not hindered by any thought or word. He would run into the front of the enemy gunfire, Minigun blazing, not thinking about tactical advantages, just going for it. During these rages, or just before and after them, it is smart to be somewhat cautious around him, as he would mind some peace of mind, even when his biggest power is to block peace out.

Powers/Abilities/Weapons etc

Thanks to the Genesis shot Brandon can defy gravity in a very unique way. He is able to walk on walls and ceilings as if they horizontal. Vertical and up-side down sufaces give him no trouble at all as he can seamlessly walk along them as any normal person would on a horizontal surface. This gives him the ability to scale building and other obstacles normally best avoided. To him any surface is a way of transportation, to the amazement of others. Next to that he gained an unlimited amount of stamina. Brandon will grow tired as the day goes by, like any other person, but a whole day of running won't have any effect on his fatigue. For this reason he trains himself to become faster all the time, and this training is proving to be quite effective.

As for weapons, Brandon caries a two-handed Hsu Jian sword for the Tai Chi martial arts style (Picture) which he is able to hold an use with one hand, but mostly uses it in the traditional two-hand style. In this day and age it's unwise to come without any firepower and for that reason he also caries a full auto Glock 18 machine pistol. (Picture) His family has an extensive history in Tai Chi, which they passed on to Brandon. He is fully proficient in this martial arts style.

Weaknesses

His abilities are rendered useless while airborne, or in a zero-gravity environment.
His obsession with round objects can also hinder him in a fight, more on this later.
Only has supportive powers, his offensive power comes from his skill in Tai Chi and his weapons.

History/Description

The Lording family led a non-traditional Tai Chi acadamy in their hometown. Not being of Chinese origin made it difficult to be recognized as true martial artists but they managed to get around. Brandon was the eldest son, destined to follow in his fathers footsteps of leading the academy. For this reason he was trained in the arts of Tai Chi from a very early age. The Lording Tai Chi style focused mainly on the Hsu Jian swords, which were developed specifically for Tai Chi. He was eventually chosen for the genesis program, and his family urged him to participate.

This eventually led to him signing up, and moving to the facility. That was the last day he saw his family. The shot gave him an unusual set of abilities, complementing his martial prowess greatly. He had an unending supply of stamina, so he could fight on without ever growing a bit tired. Sneaking up on an enemy by using the ceiling also proved to be very effective. All in all, he thought he made the right choice when signing up for the project. This proved to be a wrong thought however, as it soon seemed he was bound to serve the government for the rest of his life. He didn't like that at all and wished from freedom almost immediately. His wishes were soon granted however, as he was approached by a couple of other 'First Supers'. They were planning an escape and while Brandon normally didn't converse a lot with other people, he immediately spoke his interests in this. Together the twelve of them escaped the complex and vowed to put a stop to the Marhalls doing. Brandon doesn't make a vow easily, and intends to stay until it is fulfilled.

Uniform/Appearance

Brandon has short spiky hair, sideburns along his ears and trimmed facial hair. He has silvery eyes, with a large scar along his left eye. Brandon stands around 6'4" tall and is quite muscular. He usually wears casual clothing, mostly black denim trousers and a dark long sleeve shirt or a sweater for the colder days. Outside he usually wears a long leather coat on top.

Personality

Being from a martial arts family he posesses a strong sense of honor and duty, and these things are clearly present in his way of speaking. He doesn't like unnecessary questions and prefers people not to speak if they don't have anything useful to say. He respects most council of twelve members, but newer members have to earn his respect. He is usually very calm and patient as is expected from him. The genesis shot gave him a peculiar liking to round objects, think ANY round object. He shows some restraint over this behaviour, but you can get him on your side or mess up his mind with a round object. He would never betray his friends or family, so don't expect him running over to the Government for that shiny round bauble. For this reason he always caries a stress relief ball with him, so he can always satisfy his need for round objects. This obsession earned him the nickname 'Sphere'.

In combat he is as ruthless as he is efficient, showing no hesitation or doubt at all. Be prepared when you face him, be it in battle or a conversation, because he does not back down easily.
