Powers/Abilities/Weapons etc:
A human who works for Gregory's department, with a medical degree. Being given the Genesis shot, he developed his powers slowly, and to no threat of anyone. His power is mind-reading, which he can hone in on the person of his choice. It is only one way, he can only hear them, but the upside is that people can generally not tune them out and he can pierce through barriers.
He is trained, as all the Government Members are, in hand to hand combat and gun training. He feels usual weaknesses as he is a basic human, no extra defences.
He is medically trained, and is used by the Government to patch up their hurt Supers.
History/Description:
Robert began in Dallas, Texas, living with his parents in a four bedroom house in an average cul-de-sac. After graduating from High School, he went on to study Medics at UTD, where he exceeded. The War hit and he was in the Centre of the First Battle, where he witnessed deaths of people he knew and loved from growing up.
After the War began, he was taken in by the Government, where he began working as a doctor/scientist for Dr Karkarov. He was used for patching up his men's wounds when certain explosions would harm them. He ran from the fire, realizing that he had not developed powers.
His interest peaked when Gregory introduced a 'team' of scientists, which he is currently a part of.
After a couple of months of working with the Doc, he began a firm member of the team, he began to hear people's voices in his head. Realizing that he had developed powers at last he practiced his psychic abilities, honing them to concentrate on who he wished.
He is currently in an on/off relationship with Alyss Ray.

Although Robert is a friendly and nice person, he is rather on the quiet side than the bold and brash. He seems to form friendships with women easily, and can be quite vain at times, but usually keeps himself to himself. He forms friendships easily, and gets along with most people. Because of his mind reading powers he wants people to think well of him, or else he can hear it. He is quite the romantic, when he is committed he would walk to the ends of the Earth to get you a coffee.
