So the site is getting it's feet back but there are alot of old rp threads open in which some of the main players are not with us. Hence i'm starting up this system of attendance checking. Once a month a staff member shall open a thread in this area of the site. It is required that you post here and let us all know you are still active.

If you are a cannon character, such as one of the Council, and you miss one of these attendance checks, the staff shall review how active you have been leading up to this attendance check, and if you have not been on in a while, your account shall be deleted. This is not because we don't like you, it's just that lots of new and old members want to try their hand at being on the council and positions are filling up fast.

If you are an original character, then it is after you have missed 2 attendance checks that your account shall be deleted. This is just to keep the boards tidy.

If your account has been deleted this does not mean you have been banned from the site!

Your account has only been deleted for the sake of keeping the site tidy and the overall plot moving. You are free to join again at any time and apply for a new character.

All attendance checks shall run for 2 weeks, in which time it is encouraged that you give us a wave to let us know you're still active in a reply to this post.
