Well i'll start with his weakness. His mental stability and sharpness are highly reduced whenever he doesn't have his teddy around. He is also very likly to curl himself into a ball and become unresponsive when his bear is away.
He has a few strength that battles his weaknesses. The most obvious one would be his high level of strength and speed due to his received of the genesis vaccine in his arm. He also has gained the ability to control and attack his enemy with sand(If anyone yells garra im kicking them) he is able to form it into defensive shields and also turn it into weapons to attack at range with.\

History/Description:
Oel has always been alone in life. He was born into two loving parents who sadly died less then a year after his birth. Soon he was put into an orphanage and he was mistreated there. he was always the one who received the most of the abuse. The only person there who was his friend was a small teddy bear that he always had with him. He had to train and teach himself how to fight to survive. He stayed with the orphanage until he was 18 years old.

Once he was released from the orphanage when he turned 18 he went on his way moving around using his fighting skills that he devolved in the orphanage to get work as a mercenary. However soon after he was caught on a crime and was brought to the jail. When they tried to take away his teddy bear he snapped killing both of the guards and 3 other people before they got him down. the government saw potential in him and brought him into the government to help fight the Resistance.

They gave him the genesis injection soon after he arrived with the government. At first he wondered what the hell it was and then he found out about his sand powers that he gained from it. he also noticed that he was faster and strong then before. He let out a small grin. He loved this transition becuase it allowed him to keep his teddy safer. However soon after he came to a decision. He diddn't want to fight for a side anymore. he wanted to fight for himself. So he soon left the governemnt deciding the "Fight" For both sides. He takes any jobs that does not send him into conflic with the other side..

Uniform/Appearance: (Again details please.)
He has short length dark red hair that covers most of his face unless it's held back by his headphones. He has a basic pair of glasses that he wears most of the time. He also wears a dark black and white scarf that reaches down the front of his shirt which is a dark black trenchcoat that covers his whole body. He weards dark black boots. His teddy bear is a dark pink color and is rather small. easily held in one hand.
Personality: (In depth. Don't just say they're a very happy person.)
Oel is a very deep person with many shades of himself. if you are his friend he is rather up-beat and happy. He is willing to help you out as long as it does not bring harm to himself. Most people who don't know him would think of him as a softy due to the fact that he always carries his bear around and he is very quiet, only talking when needed unless he seems to like the person at first.

However his personality changes deeply if you either insult people who he holds dear,try to take his bare or assault people who are innocent. He will litterly snap using his training and his super skills to go after you and attempt to kill you. He is ruthless when he is in a fight continuing to go on and on untill you are unable to fight anymore and then he will kill you ruthlessly.

Ok, so this character sounds great. Welcome to the site

with your powers. you weakness does not seem to lessen you ability but strengthen it. I would suggest that if he looses his teddy bear, instead of becoming violent, he would become disturbed or "curl up in a corner" until he gets his bear back. that way, his sand abilities, super strength and speed are not ever present. If you do not like this suggestion then you cam come up with something else. I just thought that your weakness did not seem so... weak.

With you history. when did you get the genesis shot? You might want to add that if you learned to defend your self in the orphanage, you where able to beat the abuser or other bullies. other then that it seems great.

A proper description of what you look like is required. tells us your eye color, your hair color, your build, any jewelry you wear, any tattoos, any scars, what clothes do you wear, do they have any significance, what does your teddy look like, etc.

Also if the person you have in your avi is who you wish to be your face claim please say so in your app. If this person is from a tv show or anime or whatever please tell me which, eg ash from pokemon. If not, eg you found the image in photobucket, then please also mention that fact.

And i agree with what Katsa has suggested as well, your weakness does seem more like a strength at the moment.

Great, almost perfect, but, correct me if i'm wrong, have you actually explained how Oel got the Genesis shot? Just because it's a rather significant point in a characters history. Add that little bit in and all you'll have to do is wait until Katsa approves you.
